Sister Schools

IMBEWU is the Xhosa word for "seed".  IMBEWU volunteers are dedicated to improving the lives of the children in Port Elizabeth Township, South Africa.  FitKids is grateful for their help in managing our "twinning" with Daniels Primary school!

FitKids have forged a sister school relationship with the Daniels' Primary School in Zwide Township, Port Elizabeth South Africa.

Children from 70 classrooms in the Yakima Valley, Washington State corresponded with the 18 classrooms and 800 students of Daniels' Primary School.  Our Yakima students have also engaged in fund-raising to help their friends at Daniels.  Click Kids Helping Kids for more details!
